Gypsum scarp of Los Molinos
What we know as the Sorbas Gypsum Karst is only part of a whole gypsiferous system that may extend underground from Venta de los Yesos to the farm buildings at Los Molinos del Río Aguas.
This complex is known as the Sorbas Depression. All the water that infiltrates over this depression eventually emerges at Los Molinos Spring: the true heart of the karst.
